On the agenda: the redesign of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.festival-cannes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cannes Film Festival<\/a> website and the creation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cinemadedemain.festival-cannes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cin\u00e9ma de Demain<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A simplified user experience, with a platform that adapts to offer the most relevant content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving the user experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedicated sections to highlight selections, juries and awards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A focus on mobile use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connecting with the new corporate identity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our intervention.<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daily consultancy and support for the Cannes Film Festival&#8217;s digital team in their inspirations and ambitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management: manage the site redesign project with the technical and com teams (choice of agency, specs, monitoring of production stages, acceptance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidelines for content hierarchy and navigation (architecture, menus, CTAs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshops on content and structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultancy and strategy in new storytelling and social media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brainstorming and mind mapping,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And, as always, a lot of listening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our deliverables.<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Audit and Mindmaps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified content structures Wireframes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wireframes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical and functional specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Challenge.
