Challenge.

Supporting the Cannes Film Festival team in their reflection on the redesign of their digital ecosystem and editorial and format strategy. On the agenda: the redesign of the Cannes Film Festival website and the creation of the Cinéma de Demain website.

Our intervention.

  • Daily consultancy and support for the Cannes Film Festival’s digital team in their inspirations and ambitions
  • Project management: manage the site redesign project with the technical and com teams (choice of agency, specs, monitoring of production stages, acceptance)
  • Provide guidelines for content hierarchy and navigation (architecture, menus, CTAs, etc.)
  • Experience design
  • Workshops on content and structure
  • Consultancy and strategy in new storytelling and social media
